Mistakes can happen—sometimes due to automation, sometimes because a human is at the controls, and sometimes because theme authors make mistakes. If you spot something off, feel free to let us know. But no, you cannot sue us for it.
Editorial Control
Theme listings, author profiles, and marketplace entries are manually curated. We reserve the right to merge duplicate themes, rename entries, and mark themes or authors as discontinued or retired if they violate our rules. In most cases, a warning is issued first, and the theme or author listing is temporarily marked as “draft,” making it invisible on the site.
Unavailable Listings
Listings that pretend to be a WordPress theme but are actually an Elementor template, or are missing a working theme demo, are marked as unavailable.
Performance Metrics
Performance data is pulled from tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, WebPageTest, and others. Results may vary depending on many factors. If you notice a major discrepancy, please use the contact form to let us know. Minor differences are normal.

All logos, trademarks, and brand names belong to their respective owners. They are used here for identification purposes only.
